Reverzibilita organicky podmienených psychopatologických zmien spôsobených cievnym poškodením mozgu

V článku sa prezentuje kazuistika pacientky s organickým psychosyndrómom so stavmi zmätenosti, ktorý sa manifestoval na základe subakútneho krvácania v oblasti pravého thalamu a vaskulárnej encefalopatie. Po siedmych mesiacoch sa objavila recidíva organicky podmienených psychopatologických zmien spolu s depresívnou symptomatikou. Autori diskutujú reverzibilitu organicky podmienených psychických porúch spôsobených cievnym poškodením mozgu pod vplyvom liečby.
