Kazuistika nemocné s Addisonovou chorobou hospitalizované na psychiatrii

V kazuistice popisuji případ 27leté pacientky s Addisonovou chorobou, která byla pro své potíže dlouhodobě a opakovaně vyšetřována ambulantně i za hospitalizace s negativními nálezy. Postupně došlo k invalidizaci nemocné, k rozvratu manželství, k psychickým změnám. Nakonec byla přijata s podezřením na atypickou poruchu příjmu potravy nebo rozvoj psychózy do psychiatrické léčebny. Zde byla diagnostikovaná Addisonova choroba a zahájena kauzální léčba, která vedla k okamžité normalizaci psychického i tělesného stavu. Zamýšlím se nad příčinami, proč je problémem pro současnou „technickou“ medicínu stanovit diagnozu, která nemá jasný morfologický korelát.
