Práce podává přehled diagnostiky hyperkinetické poruchy v dospělosti. Uvádí přístupy anamnestické, klinické a škálovací. Vychází z klasifikace DSM-IV a škály Wendera. Umožňuje užití v rutinní psychiatrické praxi. Tato diagnostika je velmi vhodná pro eventuální zahájení farmakologické psychoterapeutické nebo reedukační léčby.

Diagnosis of the hyperkinetic syndrome in adults

The article gives a review of the diagnosis of hyperkinetic disorder in the adult population. The anamnestic, clinical and scale procedures are described. Evaluation is based upon the DSM-IV classification and Wender scale. This assessment then enables its use in the common psychiatric practice and is helpful in the possible initiation of drug therapy, psychotherapy or re-educational therapy.
