Dotazník funkčního stavu FAQ-CZ - česká verze pro zhodnocení každodenních aktivit pacientů s Alzheimerovou nemocí˝

Cílem práce je představit českou verzi Dotazníku funkčního stavu (FAQ-CZ) a zkušenosti s ním na pacientech s Alzheimerovou nemocí (AN). Položky z původního zdroje jsme přeložili do dotazníku FAQ-CZ přizpůsobeného ke snadnému vyplňování. Aktivity denního života (ADL) 30 pacientů s pravděpodobnou AN byly posuzovány pečovateli pomocí FAQ-CZ. Současně jsme zjišťovali kognitivní výkonnost pacientů pomocí testu Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). Pečovatelé oceňovali jednoduchost, přehlednost a stručnost FAQ-CZ, jehož vyplnění trvalo obvykle 2–5 minut. FAQ-CZ nezávisí na věku, vzdělání či pohlaví pacientů. ADL podle FAQ-CZ významně souvisely s kognitivním výkonem v MMSE (r = -0,6; p = 0,003). Dotazník FAQ-CZ přináší české odborné veřejnosti rychlé a strukturované zhodnocení ADL pacientů s AN, aniž by tím byl časově zatěžován lékař.
