Hypersexualita u pacientky léčené escitalopramem

Sdělení předkládá kazuistiku pacientky léčené pro depresivní poruchu escitalopramem. Při jeho dlouhodobém podávání a pozvolném vysazení došlo k projevům hypersexuality. Byla zvážena i možnost přesmyku do hypomanie s hypersexuálními projevy, což se nakonec jevilo jako nejpravděpodobnější příčina popisovaného klinického stavu.
