KBT přístup u Tourettova syndromu s komorbidní obsedantně kompulzivní poruchou

Tato kazuistika obsahuje podrobný a konkrétní popis psychoterapeutické práce s dospělým pacientem trpícím Tourettovým sy komorbidním s obsedantně kompulzivní poruchou. Psychoterapeutickou metodou byla kognitivně behaviorální terapie (KBT), která byla pacientovi poskytována po dobu 6 týdnů v kombinované formě skupinové i individuální. Terapeutický přístup byl veden analogicky s postupy používanými při terapii obsedantně kompulzivní poruchy (Obssesive Compulsive Disorder – OCD). U pacienta jsme zaznamenali dobrou odezvu na léčbu, markantně se snížily projevy Tourettova sy i OCD.
