Venlafaxin - tři a půl roku podávání v psychiatrické ambulanci

Je uvedena kazuistika 60leté ženy s diagnózou periodické depresivní poruchy (F 33) a komorbiditou několika somatických onemocnění včetně borreliózy. Pacientka je tři a půl roku léčena venlafaxinem v dávce 150?mg denně (100-0-50). V průběhu léčby ne­byly zaznamenány výkyvy depresivní poruchy a venlafaxin byl dobře snášen bez vedlejších účinků. Nemocná také bez problémů přestála urologickou operaci.
