Úvod

V našem sdělení se zabýváme léčbou pacienta, u kterého se panická porucha s agorafobií a později i depresivní epizoda rozvinula na terénu paranoidní poruchy osobnosti. Lidé s paranoidní poruchou osobnosti zpravidla nevyhledávají psychiatrickou pomoc pro svoji vztahovačnost. Nejčastěji přicházejí za psychiatrem pro depresivní nebo úzkostnou symptomatologii. Tak tomu bylo i v tomto případě.
